THREE LEVELS OF INSULATION OF WINDOW JOINTS ACCORDING TO THE VIP MOUNTING SYSTEM
Serves for the perception of natural influences and the removal of condensate moisture from the wall. To isolate the seam in the outer layer, PSUL tapes or moisture-proof vapor-permeable (membrane) tapes are used.
The middle level provides heat and sound insulation. Polyurethane one-component foam insulation (professional mounting foams) or foam with increased deformation resistance, or self-expanding tape are used.
To isolate the internal level (inner layer of the seam), vapor barrier window tapes or self-expanding tape are used.
Only if all three levels of window seam sealing are accurately performed using appropriate technologies and using high-quality materials, it is possible to guarantee a result that will delight the client for decades.
