Unlike the Economy interior door, the Standard series interior door can be called a full-fledged lightweight entrance door. Its differences from the Economy series are that it opens outward and has a so-called T-leaf (hinges on the outside, a glazing bead on the inside). For the interior door, the hinges of the entrance group are used, but the width of the leaf itself is slightly narrower: the interior door is 92 mm, the entrance door is 104-116 mm. In the interior door of the "Standard" series, you can install a large office handle ("Arc", "Bracket", etc.), a door closer and other equipment that is installed on the front door. Unlike the interior doors of the Economy series, the door leaf profile of the Standard series is designed for inserting a lock, and this function will not adversely affect the strength of the structure. The interior door of the "Standard" series can be used both indoors and for a terrace, veranda, shower room, etc.

It should be understood that the Kyiv interior door of the Economy series, due to the fact that it is made from a window profile, and not a door profile, which is inferior to the latter in size, is not technically designed to cut a lock. The fact is that during such a manipulation it is required to cut off a part of the reinforcement (metal inside the profile, which gives strength to the structure). And this is not desirable. But, due to the low cost, such a door is popular and a good manufacturer, which is the Viknosystems company, serves for a long time and reliably.
